Anyone else been in a cooking rut? I cycle through different recipes each week and although my usuals are plant-based bowls, vegetarian tacos and stir-fries, I love to switch up my salad rotation, and this week I brought back my favorite addition–Buffalo Cauliflower! It’s easy to make, flavorful and the perfect addition to your bowls or salads!
What you need

tbsp buffalo sauce

tahini

tsp nutritional yeast
tsp lemon

pinch salt

tsp garlic powder
